 The Andhra Pradesh government has introduced major reforms in the education sector by making TET qualification mandatory for teacher promotions.


According to the latest guidelines, teachers seeking promotions as School Assistants and Grade-2 Headmasters must now qualify in AP TET or CTET.


At the same time, the government is encouraging talented educators by sending selected teachers to Finland to study its globally recognized education system.
